Jeff Minn has over 29 years of experience in education, beginning as a special education teacher and taking on roles such as Behavior Coordinator, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Special Education Director. He earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from Baylor University. Jeff has focused his career on developing and implementing behavior interventions and supports to meet the needs of students and educators. He has played a key role in establishing and sustaining MTSS-B systems at the campus and district levels, providing effective frameworks to support positive behavioral outcomes.
