Megan has loved working with kids for as long as she can remember. She started her teaching career at the elementary level, and after a few years of teaching, she found that she loved working with students who needed behavior support. This grew into getting her behavior coach certification which helped her transition to a Behavior Interventionist. In that role, she built her campus behavior RTI (tier 2 and tier 3) behavior systems and coached other BI's in her district.
