Michele found her passion for education through a tutoring job at a community college. As a Psychology major, she returned to school to get her Master’s Degree in Special Education. She worked as a para, soccer coach, GED Proctor, and Title 1 tutor for three years while getting her Master’s. She was a Special Education Teacher, Coordinator, Assistant Director of Prevention and Intervention, Director of Alternative Education, Alternative Middle School Principal, High School Principal, and Director of Extended Day, Summer School, and Adult Education.
